Identifying, managing and solving a wide variety legal issues that pertain to the formation of new business entities, including issues related to anti-trust laws, corporate governance, executive compensation, information technology, and tax matters.

Corporate Services

Assist our clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions and sale of business entities and their assets. Represent corporate officers, directors and upper level management in employment compensation and related issues. Advise shareholders and board of directors with regard to their fiduciary duties. Our lawyers also are called upon to represent individuals and corporations in Court over ownership or other corporate disputes.

Financial Services

Our firm represents banking and non-banking entities providing general advice and assistance with respect to ongoing compliance issues, corporate upkeep, and the review and development of bank documentation. Our attorneys also handle loan documentation workouts, foreclosures and collections, lender liability litigation, and insolvency and bankruptcy matters.

Represent owners, purchasers, sellers and developers in all aspects of acquiring, selling, developing, financing and platting, unimproved and improved property. Including issues with oil and gas ownership and leasing. Advise clients in land use matters, including zoning and deed restriction modification, enforcement and interpretation of environmental issues.

Employment Matters

Our attorneys assist both Employers and Employees with employment contracts, non-compete issues, including participating in litigation regarding the enforceability of non-compete clauses. Likewise, our attorneys have negotiated employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements and regularly answer questions for our clients about everyday employment concerns.
